Philosophy & Service
LAGARI

"La" means celestial being in Tibetan, and "Gari" means a place to live. "Lagari" signifies a place where celestial beings reside. Hence, the name "Lagari" was derived from this concept.
Customers' Feedbacks
The room has oxygen dispersal, which is very friendly for those who are new to the plateau. Xiao Juan at the front desk upgraded my room type, which was more spacious than the family suite. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, such as rice noodles, noodles, and butter tea. I highly recommend adding barley yogurt, and the fruit selection is also abundant. Highly recommended! I would also like to thank the staff members Yao Yao, Ga Ma, and Ga Qu for their care.
The hotel environment is really nice, with a Tibetan-style design that is quite impressive. They offer complimentary red topaz tea delivered to the room. The service provided by Yao Yao and Zhao Min at the front desk was excellent. They were friendly and attentive. Brother Gama helped with the luggage and the breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed. There is also a free laundry room, which is very convenient. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.
This is my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in 2020, and I had a great experience, so I decided to stay at Xuelong Estate again this year. The Tibetan-style decoration of the hotel is fantastic! The breakfast is very abundant, and the sweet tea is delicious! At the front desk, they even offer free Hongjingtian tea. The staff members are super friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and providing excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel! They even upgraded our room for free, and I'm very grateful for that.
It was my first time in Lhasa, and I was traveling with my child, so I was worried about altitude sickness. That's why I chose this hotel! The staff, Yao Yao, Xiao Min, and Gama, were very welcoming. During check-in, they served a glass of water infused with red topaz. My daughter said it was very refreshing, and they immediately sent a pot of it to our room! The room had 24-hour oxygen supply, and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff members were all very enthusiastic! The complimentary sweet tea they provided was delicious!
The style is Tibetan design, very clean and tidy. The room I booked had dispersed oxygen, which is very friendly for travelers who fly directly to Lhasa. After getting off the plane, you can rest in the hotel and have fewer reactions. The staff members are all polite and enthusiastic. Yao Yao, Ga Ma, and Wang Dui provided excellent service. The outdoor environment is great. It's about 1 kilometer to Barkhor Street, which takes about a 30-minute walk. The hotel has a Mercedes-Benz car to take you to the attractions in Lhasa. Just make a reservation.
This is the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our Sichuan-Tibet trip. The breakfast includes both Chinese and Western dishes with fresh ingredients. There is also a laundry room that is clean and hygienic, providing great convenience for our trip. The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, so we can replenish oxygen anytime if needed. The two little sheep in the courtyard added a lot of fun for the kids. The weather during our stay was especially good, and it was very pleasant for the family to gather in the hotel courtyard, making tea by the fire.
